refer to ancient catacombs and modern supermarkets, where fruit and vegetables are stacked like so many skulls. I see a link between cemeteries and supermarkets, and present Skulls as a criticism of our consumer society in which huge amounts of food are wasted every day.

 

Art has always been, for me, a way to investigate the mechanisms of our society.
